Skyline Multi Mill

Multi-mill is ideal for high speed Granulating, Pulverising, Mixing, Shredding and chopping of a wide range of wet and dry materials without special attachments.
This machine utilises the principle of variable force swing hammer blades, having both knife and impact edges, rotating with a carefully selected screen to control size reduction.
The product has applications in the Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, dyestuff, colours, ceramics, food products.

Components of Multi Mill

>>Hopper inlet: The hopper is where goods are fed into the mill.
>> Milling Chamber: The milling chamber has a screen to minimize particle size, as well as twelve milling and cutting-edge blades, as well as two scraper blades.
>>Discharge Point: The milled items are collected using these components.
>>Electrical chamber and mechanical chamber: All mechanical components such as gears, motors, and moving belts, as well as electrical components such as wiring, switches, and MCVs, are installed in this segment.

Working Principles

>> The concept involves rotating blades with both knife and sharp edges with a validated screen size to minimize particle size in a regulated manner using a variable force.
>> The mechanism includes a pulverization process (pulverization is the grinding and crushing of materials into small particles) in which a knife is used to cut large particles into small particles, which are formed from granules during the drying process.
