Working Principles

>> In conventional type blenders, the charging & discharging used to be very time- consuming causing a lot of dust generation in the process.
>> In Conta Blender, the Power or granules are transferred through a dust-tight duct into the container or bin through an openable manhole on top.
>> The Bin is then loaded in the Cage and rotated at 5-20 rpm through a Variable frequency drive.
>> After blending the Bin is removed from the cage through the trolley and the cage is loaded with another Bin.
